These are the terms and conditions on which we supply our services to you, whether these are goods, services or digital content. Please read these terms carefully before you book with us. These terms tell you who we are, how we will provide services to you, how you and we may change or end the contract, what to do if there is a problem and other important information.

How we may contact you: If we have to contact you we will do so by telephone or by writing to you at the email address you provided to us in your order. These contact details will be kept and managed by us and not shared with third party suppliers.

BOOKINGS

The acceptance of your booking will take place when we email you to accept it with a signed contract and deposit invoice. Once we receive back your contract with all your details and the deposit has been paid - we will confirm the booking in writing.

If we cannot accept your booking: If we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you of this either by email and we will not charge you for the service. This might be because the our suppliers or staff is unavailable on the desired date, because of unexpected limits on our resources which we could not reasonably plan for, because we have identified an error in the price or description of the product or service or because we are unable to meet a delivery deadline you have specified.

Your reference number: We will assign a reference number to your event and tell you what it is when we accept your order. Please state the reference number or invoice number when making payment.

We provide services worldwide: Our company is based in the UK. However we are able to provide our services abroad with local suppliers as well as our own team based in the UK. Events abroad will be subject to availability and further travel and accommodation costs.

OUR SERVICES

Our services may vary slightly from their pictures: The images of the services/products on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Your product may vary slightly from those images. Although we have made every effort to be as accurate as possible all our events are bespoke and curated individually on a single basis.

YOUR RIGHTS TO MAKE CHANGES

If you wish to make a change to the service/product you have ordered please contact us immediately. We will let you know if the change is possible. If it is possible we will let you know about any changes to the price of the product, the timing of supply or anything else which would be necessary as a result of your requested change and ask you to confirm whether you wish to go ahead with the change.

OUR RIGHTS TO MAKE CHANGES

Minor changes to the services/products. We may change the service/product for the following reasons: changes of staff availability due to health or personal commitments.

PROVIDING THE SERVICES

Delivery costs. The costs of delivery will be as displayed to you by email/ telephone before your order is accepted OR included in the price quoted to you when placing your order.

How long do I have to change my mind? How long you have depends on what you have ordered and how it is to be delivered. Please contact us immediately should you change your mind about anything. Our deposits are non-refundable. We can refund up to half of the total balance if your order is cancelled 14 days before of the event date. We will treat each event on a single basis.

PRICE AND PAYMENT

Price for the service/product. The price of the product will be the price quoted on t to you by email.

When you must pay and how you must pay: Payment is made with a direct Bank Transfer. 20% of the payment is taken upfront to secure the booking with the contract and the remaining 80% is paid at least 5 days prior to the event date.

How we will use your personal information: We will use the personal information you provide to us:

• to process your payment for the services/products

VIRUSES

We do not guarantee that our site will be secure or free from bugs or viruses.You are responsible for configuring your information technology, computer programmes and platform in order to access our site. You should use your own virus protection software.

You must not misuse our site by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our site, the server on which our site is stored or any server, computer or database connected to our site. You must not attack our site via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of service attack. By breaching this provision, you would commit a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and we will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. In the event of such a breach, your right to use our site will cease immediately.

You may link to our home page, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it. You must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval or endorsement on our part where none exists.
